　　针对现有检测设备对滤嘴上带有凹陷图案的异型烟无法准确检测的缺陷，本文设计了一种基于机器视觉的异型烟检测系统。该系统通过工业相机对异型烟滤嘴侧进行图像采集，运用图像处理技术对图像数据进行分析，并向控制系统发出剔除信号，在相应位置将不合格烟包剔除。该系统灵敏度高，交互性强，满足异型烟检测的需要。

As the existing test equipment can not accurately detect the special cigarette with sag pattern in filter tip cigarette, a special cigarette detection system which based on machine vision is designed. By using of industrial camera, the system has collected images at the side of filter tip cigarette, and applies image processing technology to analyze image data. Then send rejection signal to the control system and remove unqualified cigarette in appropriate location. The system has high sensitivity and interaction, achieves the need of special cigarette detection.
