The purpose of the article is to demonstrate ecological construction in minority areas in the context of irreversible climate change.It is emphasized that minority areas must adopt the basic strategy 'from prevention to adaptation'.It also presents an introduction to the basic concept of ecological risk,a multi-angled analysis of climate change and a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between climate change and ecological construction in minority areas and reaches the conclusion that climate change is a double-edged sword for the ecological development of minority areas,and the fundamental idea of ecological construction in minority areas is to adapt to climate change,and actively look for and create conditions for a win-win road out of the construction of an ecological and social development.
