为了满足环行器小型化和集成化的需求,基于0.4 mm 厚的锶六角铁氧体材料,采用多枝节短截线阻抗匹配设计,利用 HFSS 软件进行仿真,制备了工作在 Ka 波段的自偏置环行器。测试结果和仿真结果基本吻合。测试结果表明环行器工作在29 GHz 附近,插入损耗3.4 dB,隔离度29.5 dB。分析了插入损耗的主要来源以及改进措施。

To meet the requirements of miniaturization and integration of microwave circulator, a self-biased circulator with multiple open short lines impedance matching was designed, simulated using HFSS software and fabricated based on strontium hexaferrites with thickness of 0.4mm. The measurement results agreed with the simulation results. The experiment results showed that the circulator features operation frequency of about 29 GHz, an insertion loss of 3.4 dB and an isolation of 29.5 dB. The origins and improvements of insertions loss was discussed.
