提出了一种基于有限状态自动机理论的电镀电源多波形输出方法。首先介绍了多波形脉冲电镀电源的工作原理以及有限状态自动机的理论,并以一种特定的电镀电源输出波形为例,详细介绍了如何利用有限状态自动机构建电镀电源多波形输出控制系统,实现了输出波形频率、幅值和占空比的连续调节。最后利用Simulink/Stateflow进行了仿真,仿真结果证明了该控制系统的有效性。
提齣瞭一種基于有限狀態自動機理論的電鍍電源多波形輸齣方法。首先介紹瞭多波形脈遲電鍍電源的工作原理以及有限狀態自動機的理論,併以一種特定的電鍍電源輸齣波形為例,詳細介紹瞭如何利用有限狀態自動機構建電鍍電源多波形輸齣控製繫統,實現瞭輸齣波形頻率、幅值和佔空比的連續調節。最後利用Simulink/Stateflow進行瞭倣真,倣真結果證明瞭該控製繫統的有效性。

A novel control system of electroplating power supply with multi-waveform pulse based on theory of Finite State Machine was proposed. First of all, the electroplating power supply as well as the theory of Finite State Machine was introduced. And then taking the output waveform of a special kind of electroplating power supply for example, the frequency, amplitude and duty ratio of the output waveform can be regulated continuously by this method. Finally, the performance of the proposed control system was verified effectively using the simulation of Simulink combined with Stateflow.
