房地产行业对国民经济的发展具有显著拉动作用，尤其是对生产领域的拉动作用明显。在我国房地产领域大规模、高速度发展的背景下，对生产领域各行业及其关联性的分析研究显得尤为重要。建立向量自回归（VARY）模型并使用脉冲响应函数和方差分解进行分析，试图研究房地产投资情况与采矿业、建筑业、制造业、煤炭开采及洗选业投资情况的变动关系，为我国生产领域的发展现状给予合理的解释。
