以SRAR-CCM+为后台软件,二次开发液力偶合器流场仿真专用软件,提高了液力偶合器流场分析效率。进行了J065XR液力偶合器输入转速500—1500(r·min^-1),滑差为1.0%、1.5%、1.7%、2.0%、2.5%、3.0%、5.0%共51种工况的流场仿真。试验验证表明:两者吻合较好,平均仿真误差为8.79%,表明该专用软件具有较好的实用性和可靠性。

Based on the SRAR-CCM + couplings was developed to increase the software, a special interface for the flow simulation efficiency. The flow fields of field simulation of fluid the JO65XR fluid coupling under 51 different kinds of work conditions with the input torsional speed ranged from 500 to 1500 and the slip being 1.0%, 1.5%, 1.7%, 2. 0%, 2.5%, 3.0%, 5.0% were simulated respectively. Validation tests show that the simulation results agree well with the test results, average simulation error is 8.79%, which means this specialsoftware is practical and reliable.
