合理选取电控喷油器的结构参数是提高其响应特性的关键,目前对响应特性的研究还只是简单分析结构参数单因素变化对响应特性的影响,而没有考虑优化各结构参数组合,以达到提高响应特性的目的。以经典的直接控制式电控喷油器为研究对象,利用Amesim软件开展仿真计算,研究了电控喷油器多个关键参数对响应特性的综合影响,明确了各关键参数的取值原则,可用于指导电控喷油器结构参数设计。
閤理選取電控噴油器的結構參數是提高其響應特性的關鍵,目前對響應特性的研究還隻是簡單分析結構參數單因素變化對響應特性的影響,而沒有攷慮優化各結構參數組閤,以達到提高響應特性的目的。以經典的直接控製式電控噴油器為研究對象,利用Amesim軟件開展倣真計算,研究瞭電控噴油器多箇關鍵參數對響應特性的綜閤影響,明確瞭各關鍵參數的取值原則,可用于指導電控噴油器結構參數設計。

Reasonable selection of structural parameters of electronic controlled injector is the key point to improve response characteristic. Current research on response characteristic only refers to analyzing change of single factor impact on response characteristic, not including how to optimize the combination of structural parameters for improvement of response characteristic. Taking the classical directly electronic controlled injector as the researching object, using Amesim software to carry out simulation, the integrated impact of multiple key parameters on response characteristics is studied, and the selection principle of the key parameters is confirmed, which can be applied as authentic guidance for structural parameters design of electronic controlled injector.
