研究目的:在北京市1999年和2010年两期LandsatTM数据支持下,提出并验证城乡交错带土地利用动态变化特征假设和动态指标界定城乡交错带边界的新方法。研究方法:理论假设和实证分析相结合。研究结果:(1)由城市核心区到外围腹地,土地利用动态度具有先缓慢增加,至城乡交错带内缘时发生突变、急速升高、局部可能发生震荡,到城乡交错带的外缘发生突降至较低水平的特征;(2)采用土地利用动态度界定城乡交错带实证分析认为,北京市城乡交错带的内缘大部分在三、四环路之间,外缘西部贴近五环路,北、东、南贴近六环路。研究结论:所提出的城乡交错带土地利用动态特征假设成立,采用动态指标界定城乡交错带边界具有可行性。

연구목적:재북경시1999년화2010년량기LandsatTM수거지지하,제출병험증성향교착대토지이용동태변화특정가설화동태지표계정성향교착대변계적신방법。연구방법:이론가설화실증분석상결합。연구결과:(1)유성시핵심구도외위복지,토지이용동태도구유선완만증가,지성향교착대내연시발생돌변、급속승고、국부가능발생진탕,도성향교착대적외연발생돌강지교저수평적특정;(2)채용토지이용동태도계정성향교착대실증분석인위,북경시성향교착대적내연대부분재삼、사배로지간,외연서부첩근오배로,북、동、남첩근륙배로。연구결론:소제출적성향교착대토지이용동태특정가설성립,채용동태지표계정성향교착대변계구유가행성。
The purpose of this paper is to propose the hypotheses of land use dynamic characteristics in urban-rural fringe and verified a new demarcation method based on dynamic indicator for urban-rural fringe supporting by the land use information from 1999 and 2010 TM images. Methods include theoretical deduction and empirical analysis. The results show 1 ) From urban core to rural area, the dynamic degree of land use increases slowly at first, then rapid rise with local shocks will occur from the inner edge to the outer edge of the urban-rural fringe, and subsequently with a sudden drop to a lower level. This validates the hypotheses of land use dynamic characteristics of urban-rural fringe. Therefore the definition of urban-rural fringe boundary by land use dynamic indicators is feasible; 2) the empirical analysis of demarcation method for Beijing urban-rural fringe based upon land use dynamic degree finds that inner edge of Beijing urban-rural fringe should be close the Third Circuit Road or Forth Circuit Road of Beijing. The western outer edge of it might be approached the inside Fifth Circuit Road and other direction of outer edges will be close to the Sixth Circuit Road of Beijing. The paper concludes that the feasibility of the proposed method and it will provide a new view of the demarcation on urban-rural fringe.
