随着教育事业的不断发展,我国幼教师资结构不断完善,但仍然存在着总量不足、职称评定不规范、学历水平不高、城乡差距悬殊等诸多问题。为妥善解决上述问题,可拓宽幼儿教师来源、改善幼儿教师编制和职称评定的现状、提升幼儿教师学历、加大对农村幼教师资队伍建设的支持、保障幼儿教师的地位与待遇,从而促进我国幼儿教师队伍的不断完善。
隨著教育事業的不斷髮展,我國幼教師資結構不斷完善,但仍然存在著總量不足、職稱評定不規範、學歷水平不高、城鄉差距懸殊等諸多問題。為妥善解決上述問題,可拓寬幼兒教師來源、改善幼兒教師編製和職稱評定的現狀、提升幼兒教師學歷、加大對農村幼教師資隊伍建設的支持、保障幼兒教師的地位與待遇,從而促進我國幼兒教師隊伍的不斷完善。
수착교육사업적불단발전,아국유교사자결구불단완선,단잉연존재착총량불족、직칭평정불규범、학력수평불고、성향차거현수등제다문제。위타선해결상술문제,가탁관유인교사래원、개선유인교사편제화직칭평정적현상、제승유인교사학력、가대대농촌유교사자대오건설적지지、보장유인교사적지위여대우,종이촉진아국유인교사대오적불단완선。
With the development of the education, the pre -school teachers'team is continuously improving. But there are still some problems existed, such as: the number of pre -school teachers is inadequate, the titles assess- ment is not standard, the teachers'academic degree is low, the gap between urban and rural is very big etc. To solve the problems, we can broaden the soumes for pre -school teachers to get academic degrees, improve the current police for the teachers'title assessment, promote the pre - school teachers'education background, increase the support to the pre -school teachers'team in rural area, and guarantee the status and treatment for pre -school teachers.
