独立学院由于其机制及学生的特点，辅导员在加强思想政治教育工作，促进学生成才的过程中起到重要作用。辅导员职业认同的状况则关系着辅导员队伍的稳定，在一定程度上揭示了当前辅导员队伍建设中存在的问题。对四川师范大学文理学院等12所独立学院的辅导员进行的问卷调查显示：当前独立学院辅导员职业认同总体不高，且差异较大：不同性别、收入、年均所带学生人数辅导员的职业认同有显著的差异；不同家庭状况、工作年限、学历、职称的辅导员职业认同没有显著差异，但在具体维度上表现出不同的特征。

Counselors play an important role on strengthening ideological and political education and promoting the growth of students with skills and characteristics. Counselors'occupation identity status is related to the stability of counselor team and to a certain extent, reveals the problems existing in the construction of counselors team. We investigate the counselors in 12 independent colleges,including the College of Arts and Science in Sichuan Normal University and others,. The results show that the counselor occupation identity in independent colleges is low and differ ent:there is clear difference at gender,different levels of income and the number of students;there is no clear differ ence at different family status, working years, education background and jobs; but there are different characters on specific dimensions.
