以多花黄精的地下根茎为材料进行组织培养,结果表明:诱导产生不定芽的适宜培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+KT 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+2,4-D 0.5 mg/L;理想的增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 4.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,增殖率达5.67倍;理想的生根培养基为MS+NAA1.0 mg/L+CA(活性炭)0.3 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L,生根率达93.52%,平均根数5.09条,平均根长0.93cm。生根苗经炼苗移栽后成活率达92%以上。

이다화황정적지하근경위재료진행조직배양,결과표명:유도산생불정아적괄의배양기위MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+KT 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+2,4-D 0.5 mg/L;이상적증식배양기위MS+6-BA 4.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,증식솔체5.67배;이상적생근배양기위MS+NAA1.0 mg/L+CA(활성탄)0.3 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L,생근솔체93.52%,평균근수5.09조,평균근장0.93cm。생근묘경련묘이재후성활솔체92%이상。
Underground rhizomes of P.cyrtonema Hua were as explants in tissue culture.The results showed that: the suitable culture medium for inducing adventitious bud was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg L-1+KT 1.0 mg L-1+NAA 0.2mg L-1+2,4-D 0.5mg L-1;the ideal culture medium for proliferation was MS+6-BA 4.0 mg·L-1+NAA 0.2 mg·L-1,proliferation rate was 5.67;the ideal of rooting medium was MS +NAA 1.0 mg·L-1+CA(Activated carbon) 0.3mg·L-1+IBA 0.2mg·L-1,rooting rate was 93.52%,the mean root number was 5.09,the average root length wass 0.93cm.The transplanting survival rate of Rooting plants could reach up to 92%.
