本文系统介绍了一项利用生产工艺现场的自动化控制系统对传统皮带秤系统实施自动化改造的方案。其核心理念是:以生产过程控制器替代传统称重二次仪表,以人性化、网络化的计算机软件界面代替传统的现场二次仪表校准系统,从而将皮带秤配料系统融入生产自控系统,实现配料称重系统的计算机自动化,提高了皮带秤称重的系统性、可维护性、准确性和可靠性。
本文繫統介紹瞭一項利用生產工藝現場的自動化控製繫統對傳統皮帶秤繫統實施自動化改造的方案。其覈心理唸是:以生產過程控製器替代傳統稱重二次儀錶,以人性化、網絡化的計算機軟件界麵代替傳統的現場二次儀錶校準繫統,從而將皮帶秤配料繫統融入生產自控繫統,實現配料稱重繫統的計算機自動化,提高瞭皮帶秤稱重的繫統性、可維護性、準確性和可靠性。

This paper introduces an automation transformation plan that use of production technology field automation control system on traditional belt weigher system, which core idea is to the production process controller to replace the traditional weighing two meters, to humanity, networked computer software interface instead of the traditional weighing secondary instrument system, thereby the belt scale batehing system into production automatic control system, realizing the ingredients known system of computer automation, and improving the belt scale weighing system, maintainability, accuracy and reliability.
