化学合成法制备的β-胡萝卜素配制含量为30%的β-胡萝卜素配油,粘度在500-50000CP之间波动。粘度大于6000CP时,配油的流动性减弱,影响制剂化处理。本实验通过调整搅拌速度、添加β-胡萝卜素晶体作为晶种及在异构结晶结束后调整冷却速度,使晶体粒径变大。用该晶体配制含量为30%的β-胡萝卜素配油粘度低于6000CP,合格率为95%,可满足工业化生产要求。

Synthesis of β-carotene prepared for content of 30% β-carotene oily, viscosity fluctuationed between 500 - 50000 CP. when viscosity greater than 6000 CP, the flow of oily decreased, affected the preparation of processing.This experiments adjusted the stirring speed, added β-carotene with crystal seed and adjusting the cooling rate at the end of crystallization,in order to make the crystal size become larger, and the crystal mix with oil to prepare for content of 30% β-carotene which viscosity lower than 6000 CP, the pass rate was 95%.
