目的 探析肝素抗凝血浆和血清进行常规生化指标检测的差异性.方法 入选50例健康志愿者,对每例受试者采用促凝管和肝素锂管真空管收集肝素抗凝血浆和血清样本,检测28项常规生化指标,比较并分析差异.结果 所有指标中,13项血浆和血清结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但有15项结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),尤其是K+(3.52±0.21 vs.3.75±0.27)mmol/L、TP(80.08±3.52 vs.74.92±3.42) g/L、AST(16.33±2.76 vs.20.86±3.09) U/L、AFU(32.22±1.44vs.34.11±1.67)U/L和CK-MB(16.44±0.41 vs.17.21±0.56) U/L,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 肝素抗凝血浆和血清进行常规生化检测存在差异,不可简单的替代,同时运用于临床时建议建立不同的参考范围.

Objective To analyze the difference of conventional biochemical indicators detection results between heparin anticoagulant plasma and serum.Methods We chose 50 cases of healthy volunteers and collected heparin anticoagulant plasma and serum samples to detect 28 conventional routine biochemical indexes and compared the difference.Results Among all indexes 13 items of plasma and serum had no significant difference (P> 0.05),but there were 15 item results showing significant difference (P<0.05).Especially K (3.52 ± 0.21 vs.3.75 ± 0.27) mmol/L,TP (80.08 ± 3.52 vs.74.92 ± 3.42) g/L,AST (16.33 ± 2.76 vs.20.86 ± 3.09) U/L,AFU (32.22 ± 1.44 vs.34.11 ± 1.67) U/L and CK-MB (16.44 ± 0.41vs.17.21 ± 0.56) U/L items had quite differences (P<0.01).Conclusion Heparin anticoagulant plasma and serum have differences in conventional biochemical inspection.They shouldn't be replaced reciprocally.When they are used in clinic,we recommend to establish different reference ranges.
