TFT-LCDs (Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display) are more and more widely used in different areas with the development of technology and the demands on LC materials are also more and more strict. To ensure the quality of LC materials, it's an important thing to increase the purities of LC compounds, which needs more research of purification methods. The article presentation the investigation of purification method of trans-4- (trans-4'-propylcyclohexyl)-cyclohexylvinyl, and the monomer LC material is gotten which has high purity, high resistance and low ion consistence.
