将土壤样品经三酸(硝酸、氢氟酸和硫酸)分解和王水提取后,采用碰擅池技术(CCT)电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法对其中微量元素银进行分析。试验结果表明,元素校正曲线相关系数在0.9995以上;元素方法检出限为0.009μg/g;分析标准物质验证方法精密度和准确度符合标准值;加标回收率在98.0%-108.0%。该方法简单快速、灵敏度高,测定结果较为理想。

장토양양품경삼산(초산、경불산화류산)분해화왕수제취후,채용팽천지기술(CCT)전감우합등리자체질보(ICP-MS)법대기중미량원소은진행분석。시험결과표명,원소교정곡선상관계수재0.9995이상;원소방법검출한위0.009μg/g;분석표준물질험증방법정밀도화준학도부합표준치;가표회수솔재98.0%-108.0%。해방법간단쾌속、령민도고,측정결과교위이상。
Soil sample was decomposed with three acids, namely, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and sulfuric acid and extracted with aqua regia. Analysis was conducted on the microelement Ag with CCT and ICP-MS methods. The result shows that the correlation coefficient of calibration curve of the element is over 0.999 5, the detection limit of element method is 0.009 μg/g; the precision degree and accu- racy degree of the method is in accordance with the standard values, and remarked recovery rate is 98.0%-108.0% which indicate that the method is prompt, simple and accurate and the determined results are ideal.
