以马来酸酐、苯乙烯多单体熔融接枝聚丙烯(PP)[PP-g-(MAH-co-St)]为增容剂,制备了尼龙(PA)6/PP/PP-g-(MAH-co-St)共混物,研究了PP-g-(MAH-co-St)用量对共混物性能的影响。结果表明,加入一定量的PP-g-(MAH-co-St)能有效改善PA6与PP间的相容性,提高共混物的力学性能。对不同拉伸速率的拉伸试样进行了差示扫描量热分析,结果发现取向对PA6的结晶温度和熔融温度有一定影响。

The PA6/PP alloy was obtained through the compatibilization of melt grafting maleic anhydride and styrene onto polypropylene PP-g-(MAH-co-St).The effects of varied content of PP-g-(MAH-co-St) on alloy properties were studied.The results show that proper content of PP-g-(MAH-co-St) can effectively improve the compatibility of PA6 and PP,so as to improve the properties of the alloy.The tensile specimens of different rates were determined by after DSC analysis.Results show that orientation of PA6 affects the crystallization temperature and melting temperature.
