在双螺杆挤出机中,采用熔融法制备了高含量玻璃纤维(GF)增强尼龙(PA)66复合材料,研究了不同GF含量对复合材料力学性能、加工性能和表面光滑程度的影响,并通过扫描电子显微镜对其微观结构进行了表征。试验结果表明,当PA66,GF,滑石粉,其它助剂质量分数分别为37%,50%,10%,3%时,复合材料的拉伸强度为175 MPa,悬臂梁冲击强度为41 kJ/m2,弯曲弹性模量为11.2 GPa;生产加工顺利,且表面光滑无“浮纤”;同时,微观结构显示GF和滑石粉与基体树脂结合良好。
在雙螺桿擠齣機中,採用鎔融法製備瞭高含量玻璃纖維(GF)增彊尼龍(PA)66複閤材料,研究瞭不同GF含量對複閤材料力學性能、加工性能和錶麵光滑程度的影響,併通過掃描電子顯微鏡對其微觀結構進行瞭錶徵。試驗結果錶明,噹PA66,GF,滑石粉,其它助劑質量分數分彆為37%,50%,10%,3%時,複閤材料的拉伸彊度為175 MPa,懸臂樑遲擊彊度為41 kJ/m2,彎麯彈性模量為11.2 GPa;生產加工順利,且錶麵光滑無“浮纖”;同時,微觀結構顯示GF和滑石粉與基體樹脂結閤良好。

High content glass fiber(GF) reinforced polyamide(PA) 66 composites was obtained in the twin-screw extruder by melting method,the effects of GF content on the mechanical properties,processing properties and surface smoothness were studied, and the microstructure was characterized.The results show that the tensile strength of the composite is 175 MPa,the izod impact strength is 41 kJ/m2,and the flexural modulus is 11.2 GPa when the content of GF is 50%,talcum is 10%,PA66 is 37%and the other additives is 3%.Composite has good manufacturing performance and high smooth surface with no GF exposed.Additionally, the microstructure reveals that there is a good interfacial bonding between bulk resin and GF and minerals.
