Taking the detachable container truck as a example, the mechanism optimization model is established, and the connection point coordinate of the mechanism is obtained by using MathCAD software. The optimal result reveal that the maximum system pressure was reduced from 20.19MPa to 17.765MPa, 12.01% was cut off, which make the hydraulic system more stable and reliable. And it will not only provide the designing reference for this product, but also promote the quality of it.
