由L-半胱氨酸盐酸盐制得L-半胱氨酸,在水杨醛存在条件下,L-半胱氨酸,L-酒石酸及丙酮在溶剂冰乙酸中加热回流,制得D-2,2-二甲基四氢噻唑-4-羧酸-L-酒石酸盐,收率45%以上,再将其溶解浓缩得D-半胱氨酸,收率85.9%。
由L-半胱氨痠鹽痠鹽製得L-半胱氨痠,在水楊醛存在條件下,L-半胱氨痠,L-酒石痠及丙酮在溶劑冰乙痠中加熱迴流,製得D-2,2-二甲基四氫噻唑-4-羧痠-L-酒石痠鹽,收率45%以上,再將其溶解濃縮得D-半胱氨痠,收率85.9%。
유L-반광안산염산염제득L-반광안산,재수양철존재조건하,L-반광안산,L-주석산급병동재용제빙을산중가열회류,제득D-2,2-이갑기사경새서-4-최산-L-주석산염,수솔45%이상,재장기용해농축득D-반광안산,수솔85.9%。
L-homoeysteine was prepared from L-homocysteine hydrochloride, a mixture of L--homocysteine, L- tartaric acid and acetone was heated to reflux in the presence of salieylaldehyde in the acetic acid to prepare D-2, 2-dimethyl-4-thiazolidineearboxylie acid L-tartarate, the productivity is over 45%,then the dissolved enrichment must D-homoeystelne, the productivity is 85.9%.
