以问卷调查的方式,对苏州市平江区、沧浪区、金阊区、新区的9所学校511位五年级至初二的学生进行了调查。调查发现,学生的早餐规律性尚可,早餐含乳制品的学生比例达61.87%,但普遍缺少蔬菜或水果;休息日用餐规律性出现波动;学生的运动时间主要在学校体育课;大部分学生饮食习惯尚可,但也有一定比例的学生存在挑食、喜欢洋快餐、用饮料代替饮水等不良习惯;家庭教育、书刊阅读是学生获取饮食健康信息的主要渠道。针对这些情况学校和家庭都应该加强学生饮食健康教育方式方法的研究,提高教育效果,使学生终身受益。

A dietary health-related questionnaire was designed and conducted in 511 students of 9 primary and junior high schools in Pingjiang, Jinchang, Canglang and the New District of Suzhou city. The result showed that 61.87% of students had dairy foods in their breakfast, but lacked of vegetables and fruits. A proportion of students had not good habit such as picking about food, preferring foreign fast foods, drinking soft drink instead of water. Their main sports activity was in school. They achieved information about good diet through fami- ly, reading and school. We suggested that the education about dietary health should be improved.
