目的:研究大蒜提取物(Allium sativum extract,ASE)对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:将40只清洁级昆明种小鼠随机分为空白对照组[0.1mL蒸馏水/(10g·bw)]、大蒜提取物高剂量组[900mg/(kg·bw)]、大蒜提取物中剂量组[600mgJ(kg·bw)]、大蒜提取物低剂量组[300mg/(kg·bw)],每组10只,各组每天灌胃1次,连续给药14d。观察大蒜提取物对正常小鼠免疫器官重量、巨噬细胞吞噬功能等的影响。结果:大蒜提取物能增强正常小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能(P〈Qc15),对免疫器官指数也有增加作用(P〈Q(15)。结论:大蒜提取物能增强正常小鼠的免疫功能。

목적:연구대산제취물(Allium sativum extract,ASE)대정상소서면역공능적영향。방법:장40지청길급곤명충소서수궤분위공백대조조[0.1mL증류수/(10g·bw)]、대산제취물고제량조[900mg/(kg·bw)]、대산제취물중제량조[600mgJ(kg·bw)]、대산제취물저제량조[300mg/(kg·bw)],매조10지,각조매천관위1차,련속급약14d。관찰대산제취물대정상소서면역기관중량、거서세포탄서공능등적영향。결과:대산제취물능증강정상소서거서세포탄서공능(P〈Qc15),대면역기관지수야유증가작용(P〈Q(15)。결론:대산제취물능증강정상소서적면역공능。
[Objective] To investigate the effects of AUium sativum extract (ASE) on immunity function in mice. [Method] Healthy KM mice were randomly divided into 4 groups including blank group [ 0. 1 mL distilled water /10 ( g · bw ) ], ASE high dosage group [900 mg/(kg ~ bw)], ASE middle dosage group [600 mg/(kg · bw)] and ASE low dosage group [300 mg/ (kg · bw] . Each group of 10 were intragastrically administered continuously once every day for 14d. [Result] ASE could the phagocytic function of macrophages in nor- mal mice (P 〈0. 05 ) and the weight of immune organs had improved. [Conclusion] ASE can enhance the immunity function of normal mice.
