以菊花神马为材料,研究了外源亚精胺( Spermidine,Spd)和多胺合成抑制剂D-精氨酸( D-Arginine,D-Arg)对花芽分化阶段根和叶片中多胺氧化酶( PAO)、二胺氧化酶( DAO)、过氧化物酶( POD)、过氧化氢酶( CAT)、过氧化氢( H2 O2)和木质素含量的影响。结果显示,根和叶片PAO、DAO活性和木质素含量都是Spd>CK>D-Arg。外源Spd显著促进了花芽分化阶段多胺氧化酶活性和木质素的合成;D-Arg抑制了花芽分化,降低了多胺氧化酶活性及木质素的合成。结果表明,短日照条件下,多胺可能通过影响多胺氧化酶活性及其产物H2 O2浓度影响木质素的合成,从而调控菊花的花芽分化进程。

Chrysanthemum Jinba was used as material to study the influence of exogenous spermidine ( Spd ) and polyamine inhibitors D-Arginine ( D-Arg ) in roots and leaves on polyamine oxidase ( PAO ) , diamine oxidase ( DAO) ,peroxidase( POD) ,catalase( CAT) ,hydrogen peroxide( H2 O2 ) and lignin content of flower bud differentia-tion stage. Results showed that,the order of PAO,DAO activity and lignin content in root and leaf were Spd>CK>D-Arg. Exogenous Spd significantly promoted polyamine oxidases activity and the synthesis of lignin;D-Arg reduced the polyamine oxidases activity and the synthesis of lignin and inhibit the flower bud differentiation. The results showed that under the conditions of short day, polyamine may affect synthesis of lignin by influencing activity of polyamine oxidases and its reaction production H2 O2 ,thereby regulate flower bud differentiation of chrysanthemum.
