风机叶片需要在不同的环境中工作,温暖湿润的环境容易导致叶片表面污染。叶片表面的污染往往导致叶片的发电能力降低。通过分析温湿环境对叶片表面的影响,对多种叶片涂料体系进行了耐候性、耐沾污性能试验,从中筛选出适合于温湿环境的涂层体系。将该涂层体系应用于实际叶片生产,并将该样机在风场进行1a左右的挂机试验,试验结果证明该涂层体系能够满足叶片使用环境要求,耐沾污等级为5,表面无粉化现象,清洁后的叶片的发电功率能完全满足使用要求。

The wind turbine blade needs easily in environments of temperature to work in different environments; and humidity. The contamination the surface of the blade is polluted of blade's surface reducing power production .Through the analysis of the main factors which influence the blade's surface in the warm-humid environment, different types of coating system are compared. According to that, the appropriate coating system has satisfactory effect. Use the coating system in practical production of turbine blade, and tests the sample in the wind field about a year, the results show that the coating system can satisfy environmental requirements, the rank of weather resistance is 5, the surface of the turbine blade does not have chalking phenomenon. The power generated after cleaning power can meet the needs completely.
