通过转矩流变仪用E-12型环氧树脂和TC-125固化剂及其他助剂在90℃下熔融混合10min,然后在平板硫化机上冷压3min,最后经过球磨机粉碎制得环氧粉末涂料。制得的粉末涂料和漆膜经过差示扫描量热法和红外光谱分析.并讨论了固化剂用量、升温速率等对涂料性能的影响。结果表明:该粉末涂料可实现低温固化,固化条件为120℃下恒温固化35min;固化剂用量为28%时,涂膜的各项物理性能良好。

The low-temperature curing powder coating was prepared by E-12 epoxy, TC-125 curing agent and other additives at 90 ℃ melting and mixing 10 min through torque rheometer, and then cold pressing 3 minutes on the plate vulcanization machine, finally grinding in the ball mill. The powder coating and the film were analyzed by DSC and FT-IR. And the influence of the dosage of curing agent and heating rate of the powder coating properties was discussed. The results showed that the powder coating can he cured at low- temperature and the curing temperature is 35 min at 120 ℃; the optimum dosage of curing agent is 28 h, and the physical properties of cured film are excellent.
