为了应对产业发展对创新工程人才的需求,需要通过加强实验教学环节,全面培养学生的工程素质。“做中学”工程教育理念倡导从实践操作中学习、累积和发现知识。提出基于“做中学”的开放式实验教学模式,构建以工程能力培养为目标的开放式实验教学体系,并对实施开放式实验教学的保障工作进行探索,为培养学生的工程素质提供重要途径。

In order to meet the needs for innovative engineering talents in development of the industry, it is essential for full development of student's engineering quality by strengthening the experi- ment teaching. Learning by doing advocates learning by practicing, founding and accumulating knowledge by practicing. Proposes open experimental teaching model based on learning by doing, constructs open experimental teaching system, which aims at engineering capability devel- opment and focuses on multi-level projects, explores assurance jobs for implementing open experimental teaching, furthermore provides an important way to cultivate engineering quality of students.
