针对桥梁左右半幅间距达3.5m的架梁施工工艺进行讨论,根据LBQJl40/40型双导梁架桥机的性能及与以往架梁施工方案相比较,提出通过设置“过梁”加固架桥机横移轨道而全幅架设所有板梁的方案,避免了重复跨线作业,降低了安全风险,提高了施工速度,节约了施工成本,为以后相近的工程项目提供了可借鉴的经验。
針對橋樑左右半幅間距達3.5m的架樑施工工藝進行討論,根據LBQJl40/40型雙導樑架橋機的性能及與以往架樑施工方案相比較,提齣通過設置“過樑”加固架橋機橫移軌道而全幅架設所有闆樑的方案,避免瞭重複跨線作業,降低瞭安全風險,提高瞭施工速度,節約瞭施工成本,為以後相近的工程項目提供瞭可藉鑒的經驗。

The paper, based on the discussion of the construction technique of a bridge girder with left and right semi spac- ing up to 3.5m, in light of the of double guide LBQJ140/40 type beam bridge machine performance and compared with conventional girder construction program, puts forward the programs of full-size erection of all the plate girder through rein- forcement of bridging machine track by setting the "beam", to avoid repetitive cross-line operation which reduces security risks and construction cost, improves the speed of construction, thus provides useful experience for future similar projects.
