在研究新疆风城稠油性质的基础上,开展了一种油溶性降粘剂辅助蒸汽驱在稠油开采中的应用研究。研究表明,在50℃时,该降粘剂的室内净降粘率达80%以上,结合注蒸气工艺,室内提高采收率34.3%。现场试验增效作用明显,显著延长生产周期,提高油汽比和产油量。

Based on the investigation the chemical component of extra-heavy oil in Xinjiang oilfield, this paper studies the application of a kind of oil-soluble viscosity reducer in steam flooding to recovery the extra-heavy oil. Laboratory experiments shows that this oil-soluble viscosity reducer's optimal net viscosity reduction rate can reaches above 80 % of at 50 ℃, combined with steam flooding process, EOR can reaches 34.3 %. Field tests prove that adding this oil-soluble viscosity reducer can obviously enhance extra-heavy oil recovery by significantly extending production period, and improving oil-steam ration.
