镁粉具有爆炸的危险性。采用20L球形爆炸实验装置,研究了镁粉爆炸过程中镁粉的浓度、镁粉粒径对最大爆炸压力、最大压力上升速率的影响;提出了预防镁粉爆炸、降低爆炸的安全措施。实验结果表明,随着镁粉浓度的增加,爆炸的危害性越大,当浓度增加到一定程度时,爆炸压力和压力上升速率达到最大值,此时浓度再增加,爆炸压力和压力上升速率将逐渐减小,爆炸的危害性减小;此外镁粉粒径越小,爆炸危害性越大。
鎂粉具有爆炸的危險性。採用20L毬形爆炸實驗裝置,研究瞭鎂粉爆炸過程中鎂粉的濃度、鎂粉粒徑對最大爆炸壓力、最大壓力上升速率的影響;提齣瞭預防鎂粉爆炸、降低爆炸的安全措施。實驗結果錶明,隨著鎂粉濃度的增加,爆炸的危害性越大,噹濃度增加到一定程度時,爆炸壓力和壓力上升速率達到最大值,此時濃度再增加,爆炸壓力和壓力上升速率將逐漸減小,爆炸的危害性減小;此外鎂粉粒徑越小,爆炸危害性越大。
미분구유폭작적위험성。채용20L구형폭작실험장치,연구료미분폭작과정중미분적농도、미분립경대최대폭작압력、최대압력상승속솔적영향;제출료예방미분폭작、강저폭작적안전조시。실험결과표명,수착미분농도적증가,폭작적위해성월대,당농도증가도일정정도시,폭작압력화압력상승속솔체도최대치,차시농도재증가,폭작압력화압력상승속솔장축점감소,폭작적위해성감소;차외미분립경월소,폭작위해성월대。
Magnesium powder has danger of explosion. 20L spherical explosion experimental device was used to study on concentration of magnesium powder, magnesium powder particle size effects on maximum explosion pressure and the maximum rate of pressure rise in the process of magnesium powder explosion; some measures were produced to prevent magnesium powder explosion and reduce the security of the explosion. The experiment results show that, with the increase of concentration of magnesium powder, the greater the danger of explosion, as the concentration increases to a certain extent, explosion pressure and rate of pressure rise reach maximum, and then the concentration and increase explosion pressure and rate of pressure rise will gradually decrease, reduce the danger of explosion ; In addition magnesium powder particle size smaller, larger explosion hazard.
