本文通过使用亚磷酸二甲酯和三氯乙醛为原料经一步法生产工艺合成敌百虫原药,再经水洗精制得到97%以上含量的精制敌百虫,并通过盐析方法回收结晶母液中的敌百虫,最终通过微电解结合生化的方法处理敌百虫生产废水,实现了敌百虫清洁生产工艺。
本文通過使用亞燐痠二甲酯和三氯乙醛為原料經一步法生產工藝閤成敵百蟲原藥,再經水洗精製得到97%以上含量的精製敵百蟲,併通過鹽析方法迴收結晶母液中的敵百蟲,最終通過微電解結閤生化的方法處理敵百蟲生產廢水,實現瞭敵百蟲清潔生產工藝。
본문통과사용아린산이갑지화삼록을철위원료경일보법생산공예합성활백충원약,재경수세정제득도97%이상함량적정제활백충,병통과염석방법회수결정모액중적활백충,최종통과미전해결합생화적방법처리활백충생산폐수,실현료활백충청길생산공예。
This paper studied about one step synthesis process of trichlorfon technical,dimethyl phosphate and acetochloral as raw material.Then water-washing and crystallizing to obtain more than 97% content in refining trichlorfon,and by salting out method of recovering the crystallization mother liquid of trichlorfon,finally by micro electrolysis biochemical method combined with trichlorfon manufacturing wastewater,realize the trichlorfon production process the clean production process.
