The article aims to introduce some methods of extracting effective constituents from citrus. These methods include traditional extracting methods and modern methods such as press law, extraction method, steam distillation,organic solvent extraction, ultrasonic extraction, microwave extraction, supercritical fluids extraction. And also we compare the features and application status between each others.
