基于正交试验设计方法,以大量的室内再生沥青混合料路用性能试验为基础,对旧料掺配率和拌和工艺两种因素进行分析。结果表明,不同的拌和工艺对厂拌热再生沥青混合料的高温抗车辙、抗水损害性能影响显著,而旧料掺配率对再生沥青混合料的低温抗裂性能影响显著。旧料掺配率为30%以及采用旧料和再生剂在热熔状态下先行拌和,之后加入新补充的石料,再加入新补充沥青和矿粉,该种拌和工艺生产的再生沥青混合料综合性能理想。
基于正交試驗設計方法,以大量的室內再生瀝青混閤料路用性能試驗為基礎,對舊料摻配率和拌和工藝兩種因素進行分析。結果錶明,不同的拌和工藝對廠拌熱再生瀝青混閤料的高溫抗車轍、抗水損害性能影響顯著,而舊料摻配率對再生瀝青混閤料的低溫抗裂性能影響顯著。舊料摻配率為30%以及採用舊料和再生劑在熱鎔狀態下先行拌和,之後加入新補充的石料,再加入新補充瀝青和礦粉,該種拌和工藝生產的再生瀝青混閤料綜閤性能理想。

Based on orthogonal test design method and a great number of pavement performance tests of indoor regenerating asphalt mixture, two factors of proportion of old mixture and mixing technologies are analyzed. The results show that different mixing technologies have obvious influence on high temperature rutting resistance and water damage resistance performance of plant mixing hot - regenerating asphalt mixture, while proportion of old mixture has obvious influence on low temperature crack resistance performance of regenerating asphalt mixture. The regenerating asphalt mixture produced by the following mixing technology has the ideal overall performance: the proportion of old mixture is 30% and the old mixture and regenerant are mixed firstly under hot melting state, then new supplementary stones are added and finally new supplementary asphalt and mineral powder are added.
