为使温拌再生沥青混合料(WRAM)在辽宁省更好推广应用,基于辽宁自主研发的温拌剂进行了不同回收沥青路面材料(RAP)掺量的WRAM路用性能研究。分析了不同压实温度对WRAM空隙率的影响规律,据此确定了WRAM的室内制备温度,并采用现行试验方法检验了WRAM的配合比设计。结果表明,温拌剂的加入可显著降低厂拌热再生沥青混合料的拌和与压实温度,提高RAP的利用比例,通过对WRAM空隙率指标的合理控制,WRAM的高低温性能和水稳定性能均表现良好,满足现行规范技术要求。

To apply Warm Recycled Asphalt Mixture (WRAM) widely in Liaoning, the pavement performance of WRAM with different dosage of RAP is studied based on warm mix agent produced from Liaoning. The effect of compaction temperature on volume of voids of WRAM is analyzed, and the manufacture temperatures of WRAM specimens in laboratory are confirmed, the gradation compositions of WRAM are verified by the experiments used currently. The results show the mix temperature and compaction temperature of asphalt mixtures through central plant hot recycling can be reduced evidently and the utilization ratio of RAP may be increased as a result of the addition of warm mix agent. Moreover, the high temperature stability, low temperature performance and water stability of WRAM preferably fulfill technology requirements of criterion implemented currently depending on the rational controlling of volume of voids of WRAM.
