通过对朝阳市”十一五”期间大气环境质量变化特征进行调查和研究，采用空气污染指数法定量分析该地区大气环境质量的变化特征，探讨污染成因，并提出大气污染防治措施。

Based on the investigation and analysis of the changes characteristics of atmospheric environmental quality in Chaoyang city during the "eleventh five-year plan"period, Air Pollution Index method was used for quantitative analysis of the variation of atmospheric environmental quality in the region,the pollution causes were discussed,and the air pollution control measures were proposed.
