建立了土壤中多元素的x射线荧光分析方法,可在约lh内测量包括硒元素在内的60余种元素,并且用该方法分析了GSS系列16个标准样品和ESS一2标准样品以及25个实际样品,结果表明该方法可信度高,并具有快速、准确、简便、高效和非破坏性等优点。

An X-ray fluorescence analysis method for determination of the multiple elements in soil was established, including element selenium, more than sixty elements can be measured in about one hour by using this method, and sixteen standard samples in GSS series, standard sample ESS-2 and twenty-five real samples were analyzed by this method. The results show that this method has not only higher reliability,but also some other advantages,such as speediness, accuracy, facility, high efficiency and nondestructive nature.
