针对电厂凝结水体外再生高塔法精处理系统树脂输送堵塞管道，床体底部残留树脂输送不彻底，分离塔阴、阳树脂每次输送量难以控制等技术难点进行了分析。通过稀释树脂、强化树脂输送、人工运行监控等措施使以上技术难点得到控制，提高了精处理系统的运行可靠性，保证了运行周期及出水氢电导率小于0．1μS／cm。
