针对电厂凝结水体外再生高塔法精处理系统树脂输送堵塞管道,床体底部残留树脂输送不彻底,分离塔阴、阳树脂每次输送量难以控制等技术难点进行了分析。通过稀释树脂、强化树脂输送、人工运行监控等措施使以上技术难点得到控制,提高了精处理系统的运行可靠性,保证了运行周期及出水氢电导率小于0.1μS/cm。
針對電廠凝結水體外再生高塔法精處理繫統樹脂輸送堵塞管道,床體底部殘留樹脂輸送不徹底,分離塔陰、暘樹脂每次輸送量難以控製等技術難點進行瞭分析。通過稀釋樹脂、彊化樹脂輸送、人工運行鑑控等措施使以上技術難點得到控製,提高瞭精處理繫統的運行可靠性,保證瞭運行週期及齣水氫電導率小于0.1μS/cm。

Through the dilution resin, reinforced resin conveying, artificial op- eration monitoring methods and etc so that the above technical difficulties under control, improve condensate polishing system operation reliability, ensure operation cycle and water cation conductivity 〈 0. 1 μS/cm.
