以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)/聚氯乙烯(PVC)共混膜为对象,基于“荷叶效应”原理,用KOH的乙醇溶液对PVDF/PVC共混膜进行亲水改性,然后化学浴沉积烷基氯硅烷,在膜表面构造微纳米结构,制得具有超疏水能力的PVDF/PVC共混膜。采用傅里叶红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、X光电子能谱和接触角测量对PVDF/PVC共混膜的微观结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,亲水改性提升了PVDF/PVC共混膜表面烷基氯硅烷的化学浴沉积效果;亲水改性的最佳工艺条件为:KOH的浓度为5%、反应时间为9 min、反应温度为45℃;化学浴沉积后的PVDF/PVC共混膜接触角可达153°,滚动角小于1°,具有良好的防污自洁性能。

Micro-nano rough structure was constructed on polyvinylidene difluoride(PVDF)/polyvinyl chloride(PVC) blend membrane by hydrophilic modification with KOH/alcohol solution and chemical deposition with alkylchlorosilane,which was based on the mechanism of“lotus effect”.The PVDF/PVC blend membrane with super hydrophobic ability was prepared. The microstructure and properties of PVDF/PVC blend membrane were characterized by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscope,scanning electron microscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and water contact angle measurements.The results show that the method of hydrophilic modification can improve the chemical deposition quality of alkylchlorosilane on the surface of PVDF/PVC blend membrane.The optimum conditions for hydrophilic modification are:5 percent KOH,time of 9 min and temperature of 45℃.The contact angle and sliding angle on PVDF/PVC blend membrane surface deposited with alkylchlorosilane are 153° and less than 1°,respectively.Self-cleaning test shows that PVDF/PVC blend membrane has excellent self-cleaning property.
