为得到基于40.5kV光控模块单元的U型三断口真空断路器的动态分压特性,给合理选择均压措施提供参考,通过低压、小电流的合成开断试验测量了该断路器弧后瞬态恢复电压(transient recovery voltage,TRV)的分配特性。同时通过试验验证了串接大电容使均压电容兼作分压器用的TRV测量方法的有效性。而对大电流弧后三断口真空断路器的TRV分配特性,基于连续过渡模型在PSCAD/EMTDC中进行了仿真分析。试验和仿真结果表明:小电流开断时,TRV分配特性与静态电压分配特性相近,静态均压设计可满足小电流开断的要求;大电流开断条件下,各断口残余电荷参数的差异可能对TRV分配产生显著影响;进行动态均压设计时,需要考虑断口不同期可能导致的TRV分配不均匀程度增大的问题。

In order to obtain the dynamic voltage distribution characteristics of U-shaped triple-break vacuum circuit breakers based on 40.5kV fiber-controlled vacuum interrupter modules(FCVIMs)and to give references for choosing suitable voltage-sharing measures,synthetic breaking tests with low voltage and small current were carried out and the transient recovery voltage(TRV)distribution characteristics were measured.The measuring method for TRV by connecting a large capacitor with the grading capacitor in series was also verified through tests.Moreover,the TRV distribution characteristics after large current interruptions were analyzed by PSCAD/EMTDC based on the continuous transition model.Some conclusions are drawn from the test and simulation results:after small current interruptions,the TRV distribution characteristics are close to those of the static state and the static voltage sharing design can satisfy the requirements of small current interruptions;after high current interruptions,the differences of residual charge parameters among breaks may have a significant impact on the voltage distribution;the increase of non-uniform level of the voltage distribution caused by the asynchronies among breaks should be considered for the dynamic voltage sharing design.
