针对农村配电网电压质量较低的问题,该文建立了完整的无功优化模型。采用前推回代法进行潮流计算,建立以网损最小、电容器投资成本最小、电压水平最好、电压最稳定为目的的无功优化目标函数,无功优化方法采用GA-PSO(遗传-粒子群)混合算法,该混合算法更有效地寻找到全局最优解,并加快了收敛速度。对典型IEEE33节点配电网系统进行了测试分析,并将优化结果与其他优化算法相比较,结果表明使用该优化算法后,配电网系统电压水平明显提高,线路损耗明显降低,电压水平和电压稳定裕度都有所提高。

In order to solve the problem that quality of voltage of distribution network in rural areas is low, the paper established a complete model for reactive power optimization. It calculated the flow based on the forward-backward sweep and takes the least net loss, the least investment cost of capacitors, the best voltage level and the most stable reactive voltage as the objective functions, reactive power optimization was solved by using GA -PSO hybrid algorithm, the hybrid algorithm is more efficient to find the global optimal solution, and accelerate the convergence speed, the proposed method was tested on a typically IEEE33 nodes distribution network, and compared the results with other optimization algorithms’ result, test results show that voltage this distribution network is significantly improved, the line loss is significantly reduced. Therefore, the proposed method can improve voltage quality of distribution network in rural areas effectively and conveniently, voltage level and voltage stability margins are improved as well.
