The advantages of vibratory stress relief(vsr) technology compared with classical natural ageing and heat ageing are introduced. The principle and microscopic mechanics of VSR is presented. The feasibility of VSR technology in the field of canceling residual stress and holding structural stability of inversion cabinet frame is confirmed by technics experience.
