From a micro and macro perspective,this paper conducted a comprehensive analysis on the decimetric,and through specific experiments and data,the theory was validated,obtaining the decimetric radiation and polarization characteristics,that is,to decimetric,the electric field component was along the axis direction of the transmitting antenna,and radiation intensity was along the perpendicular to the axial direction.
