风速的随机性会引起风电机组并网输出有功功率波动,影响电能质量和系统稳定性。针对这种情况,提出一种利用飞轮储能系统来平滑风电机组的并网功率波动的方案。选用无刷直流电机作为飞轮的驱动电机,在分析其基本工作原理及数学模型的基础上,结合风电场功率控制要求,设计了飞轮控制系统的转速电流双闭环调速方案,并在Matlab/Simulink中建立了飞轮储能系统并联在永磁直驱风电系统双PWM变流器直流侧进行功率控制的仿真模型。仿真结果验证了飞轮储能控制系统的正确性和功率平滑方案的有效性。
風速的隨機性會引起風電機組併網輸齣有功功率波動,影響電能質量和繫統穩定性。針對這種情況,提齣一種利用飛輪儲能繫統來平滑風電機組的併網功率波動的方案。選用無刷直流電機作為飛輪的驅動電機,在分析其基本工作原理及數學模型的基礎上,結閤風電場功率控製要求,設計瞭飛輪控製繫統的轉速電流雙閉環調速方案,併在Matlab/Simulink中建立瞭飛輪儲能繫統併聯在永磁直驅風電繫統雙PWM變流器直流側進行功率控製的倣真模型。倣真結果驗證瞭飛輪儲能控製繫統的正確性和功率平滑方案的有效性。

The randomness of wind speed will cause active power fluctuation in the grid-side of wind turbine,which will affect the power quality and system stability.A solution adopting flywheel energy storage systems to smooth power fluctuations in the wind turbine's grid-side was presented in this paper.A brushless DC motor was selected as flywheel drive motor in this paper,based on the analysis of the basic principles and the mathematical model,and taking into account the wind farm's power control requirements,the flywheel double-loop speed control system was designed;And simulation model of adopting flywheel energy storage system in the AC-DC-DC converter's DC side of the permanent magnet direct-driven wind generator was built in Matlab/Simulink.The simulation results prove that the flywheel energy storage control system was correct and power smoothing control was effective.
