原地双手头上掷实心球是我省近年来体育中考和体育高考确立的一项重要检测项目，然而在教学过程中却一直没有形成一个科学的教学模式，本文通过对原地双手头上掷实心球的技术动作，常见错误及纠正方法的认真分析，旨在探索原地双手头上掷实心球的教学新模式。

Throwing medicine ball overhead with two hands in standing is an important test item in physical education examination for high school and university entrance in recent years. However, no scientific teaching mode has been formed in the teaching process. In order to explore new teaching mode in throwing medicine ball overhead with two hands in standing, technical movements, frequent fault, and corrective measure in throwing medicine ball overhead with two hands in standing have been analyzed in this paper.
