巨大的体育市场需求迫切需要专业的社会体育人才。高校社会体育专业担负着培养专业人才的重任，其实践教学意义非同一般。本文通过文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法等对现阶段我国高校社会体育专业实践教学现状进行研究，发现社会体育专业实践教学出现了师资力量不足、实践时间不够、评价体系不够完善等缺陷，并对实践教学环节提出优化策略，为社会体育专业学生能很好的适应社会，满足市场需求提供理论依据和参考。

A great sports market demand in urgent need of professional social sports talents. College social sports professional is responsible for training professional talents, the practice teaching is significant. Through using the method of literature review, interview and logical analysis, this paper makes analysis on social sports specialty practice condition. The result shows that physical education teaching appears the lack of qualified teachers, practical time is inadequate, and evaluation system is imperfect. The optimization strategy in practice teaching is put forwarded. The main purpose is to provide the basis and reference for better adapt society, and meet the needs of the market.
