[目的]了解目前影响高等中医药院校大学生思想政治教育满意度的主要因素，并探求提升满意度的基本途径。[方法]选取浙江中医药大学、北京中医药大学等5所全国具有代表性的学校进行问卷调查，通过对满意度和期望值两个维度数据的统计分析，了解高等中医药院校大学生思想政治教育的现状与问题。[结果]研究显示，五所高等中医药院校大学生对学生工作、党建工作、教学工作及各类服务工作的平均满意度为66.266，期望值为83.656，两者之间差距为17.39，说明目前大学生对思想政治教育的满意度不高，与心理期望之间还存在较大差距。研究发现，影响大学生思想政治教育满意度的主要因素有认识因素、制度因素、方法因素、队伍因素、保障因素等。[结论]高等中医院校应进一步加强大学生思想政治教育工作，通过提高思想认识、完善工作机制、强化队伍建设、改进方式方法、优化育人环境等途径，不断提高大学生思想政治教育工作满意度。

[Objective] To understand the main factors influencing satisfying degree of idea and politics education in TCM col eges at present, and explore basic way for improving the satisfaction degree. [Method] Select 5 universities, e.g. Zhejiang Chinese Medical University and Beijing TCM University, the representative schools in the country for questionnaire survey; make statistical analysis to 2 dimensionalities of satisfaction degree and expectation value to understand the current situations and problems in ideological and political educations of university students from higher TCM academies. [Result] The study shows that the average satisfaction degree of students from 5 higher TCM universities is 66.266, the expectation value 83.656 on works on students, party construction, teaching work and other services, the difference between them is 17.39, displaying the present universities students don ’t have high sat-isfaction degree to ideological and political education, with big distance from their expectation value. It also shows that the main factors influencing their satisfaction degree on ideological and political education are recognition, systems, methods, team and guarantee, etc. [Conclusion] Higher TCM universities shal further strengthen universities students’ideological and political education, and continual y improve such educational satisfaction degree by channels of enhancing ideological recognition, perfecting work mechanism, reinforcing team construction, improving methods and ways and optimizing educational en-vironment.
