To improve the psychological services for new cadets during strengthening physical training is the military acade my human oriented need. Therefore, this paper puts forward that military academies should based on psychological tests to understand the psychological characteristics;make popularity of psychological knowledge to enhance the psyehlolgical quality; strengthen psychological counseling to resolve psychological conflicts; conduct behavioral training to add psycholog ical vitality.
