　　在低碳生态的城市规划中，绿色建筑是其重要的载体，且绿色建筑在一定程度又实实在在地具备低碳建筑的特征。在绿色建筑认证评价的基础上，进行既全面又主动性地量化低碳生态指标，使之可实施可测量，并用数据来反映低碳生态的成效，始终是一个难点。本文结合上海市某园区的后续开发建设，基于国内《绿色建筑评价标准》（GB/T 50378-2006）的各项内容，针对性地提出了一个由总目标和十项分指标组成，并且全部可测量的碳排放指标体系。

In the low-carbon eco-city planning, green building is an important carrier, and green building to a certain extent they actually have the characteristics of low-carbon buildings. Base on evaluation stand for green building , comprehensive initiative to quantify low-carbon eco-indicators so that it can be implemented and can be measured and used the data to reflect the eco-effectiveness of low-carbon is always a difficulty. This paper combined with subsequent development and construction of a park in Shanghai, based on national “Evaluation Standards for Green Building ”(GB/T 50378-2006), puts forward an overall goal and ten sub-goals, and all measurable index system of carbon emission.
