本研究依据氯乙烯物料的相关物理及化学特性，对氯乙烯罐区工艺设计过程进行研究。讨论了氯乙烯储罐、氯乙烯物料装卸方式、物料和公用工程管线以及自控仪表的设置方案，并做出相应分析。为氯乙烯罐区工艺设计提供借鉴和参考。

In the research, based on the physical and chemical characteristics of Vinyl Chloride, the process of Vinyl Chloride Tank Farm design was studied. The Factors of Vinyl Chloride tank, Loading-unloading way, Materials and Public project Piping line, and Automatic-control instrument be focused and analyzed, which may give a reference to the Design of Vinyl Chloride Tank Farm Process.
