应用正交试验法研究了大叶红草(简写为:ADR)鲜体色素的水提取工艺。结果表明,除了主要的红色素被浸取出来外,还有少量的叶绿素也被浚取到水溶液中。鲜植物体色素的水提取工艺的优化条件为:浸取液固比取30:1,30℃浸取,浸取30min,加入1g研磨剂,研磨10min,2档速率搅拌,浸取3次。经验证,工艺优化合理。

Dye extraction process in water of fresh Altermanthera Dentata cv. Ruliginosa (Abbreviation: ADR) was researched by orthogonal experimental design. The results showed that the dye was mainly the red with a little green dye. Optimized process parameters were as follows: solution/solid=30:1, extraction at 30 ℃, extracting for 30 min, 1g abrasive, pestling for 10 min, secondary stirring speed and leaching for 3 times. The optimized process was validated by experiments.
