采用聚氧化乙烯二醇(N210)和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPD1)为主要原料,合成了三丹油型环境友好型复合改性水性聚氨酯乳液,探讨了硅烷偶联荆红外性能表征、用量对乳液性能的影响,分析了丙烯酸酯类单体选择、加料方式、丙烯酸酯含量和不同引发剂体系的对PUA复合乳液性能的影响影响。结果表明:用该乳液研制水性木器清漆其性能优异,且施工方使,推广前景广阔。

Using poly ethylene glycol(N210) and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI) as the main raw material, the synthesis of three Dan oil type of environment friendly composite emulsion of aqueous polyurethane modified with silane coupling agent, discussed the infrared characterization, amount on the emulsion properties, analysis of the acrylate monomer selection, feeding way, acrylate content and different initiator system on PUA composite emulsion performance influence. The results showed that: with the emulsion for waterborne wood lacquer its excellent performance, and convenient construction, wide popularization foreground.
